We offer FREE shipping for all GR orders and for worldwide orders over €150.
Greece - Free (3-5 business days)
Worldwide – Free over €150 (5-7 business days)
For Greek orders, all of our orders are sent via ELTA courier within 3-5 working days from ordering , depending on the destination.
For orders within Europe, the shipping cost is free for orders over €150
For international orders the cost is calculated according to the weight of the ordered products.
All prices quoted on the website will be in € EUR
When placing your order, please ensure all billing and shipping details are correctly provided.
Once a delivery has shipped we are unable to re-direct packages and unable to take responsibility for lost packages that have been signed for as being received.
Returns
Ananke clothes are designed to meet the needs of every woman. If the garment you chose does not fit you or you want a different size, we are at your disposal for an exchange or a full refund.
You can return the garment within 7 days of receipt of the original order (14 days for international orders)

Products must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, in the original condition received. All garment tags must still be attached and any packaging provided is considered part of the product and must be returned to receive a refund.
Items that have been returned without garment tags or seals will not be accepted. Products must be returned in the original packaging they were sent to ensure that products are received undamaged.
Sale products cannot be returned for a full refund only for exchange. Any sale products which are returned for a full refund will be refused upon delivery and returned to sender.
